I graduated from Grace Christian back in '03 and in two months am completing a BS in Physics from Cal Poly SLO with plans to enter a teaching credential program in the Fall.  The things I learned at Grace, both inside and outside the classroom, benefited me all the way through high school and into college.  Even now, I find myself far supassing my peers in writing skills (thank you Mrs. Cossell) and knowing how to study and learn on a semi-independent level.  Altogether I had a great time at Grace Christian!

Grace Christian School is the next best thing to homeschooling your child. My girls got a wonderful education and enjoyed the individual attention in the small multi-grade classes. If they offered K-12 we would probably still be there.

I attended Grace Christian School for eight years, and it was, in my opinion, the best school experience ever.  The teachers, the families, and the curriculum were all fantastic.  The learning experience was extremely beneficial and undoubtedly helped me excel at my current school.  One of my favorite parts, aside from academia, was the camaraderie with the students and parents.  As a younger student, I had many role models from the older kids to look up to and follow.  As an older student, I stepped into the role of "mentoring", if you will, the younger children, which really challenged me to live out my faith and convictions -- because the little guys were watching!  I dearly love that little school and have many fond memories of it.

Because of the outstanding academic preparation (particularly in the areas of math and language arts), as well as cultivation of strong time management and study skills, our students had a huge adademic advantage over their peers when they entered high school.  More importantly, the spiritual environment at Grace Christian School reinforced what they were learning at home such that they "owned" their faith by the time they finished junior high.  Connie Cossell, teacher and principal, is among the most outstanding teachers our students have ever had.

Grace Christian is a great school.  My grandson is in kindergarten; the school is a great place of peace and love.  He is learning so much and far above the curve of other schools.

Grace Christian School has been a great value to my two children for a few years now.  My son can quote with enthusiasm far more verses than my adult friends and my daughter's personal discipline is reinforced and encouraged through the school.  I love both Mrs. Cossell and Mrs. Starke and wish I had teachers like them when I was in elementary school.  The respect for authority and work ethics promoted at this school, coupled with biblical principles and training are reasons that I would recommend GCS to anyone in Christ with young children!!
