Bible Curriculum

Bible Reading

Rod and Staff  (K-3rd grade)

Rod and Staff Bible Reading Curriculum is Bible-based and a Christ-focused learning tool. It takes a traditional approach to Christian education, having proven itself over numerous years in a variety of school settings. Each student has his or her own workbook as they read from Creation through the Old Testament to the life of Christ and the Early Church.

Each grade has a Bible-based textbook, which is designed to make the child God-conscious. This curriculum not only teaches the Bible but uses many illustrations of how biblical principles can be applied in everyday life.

Alpha Omega LIFEPAC (4th-5th grade)

Alpha Omega LIFEPACs are used for the Bible curriculum in the upper grades.  The LIFEPACs cover topics such as How Can I Live For God?, God’s Knowledge, The Bible and Me, and God-Given Worth.  The LIFEPACs allow multiple grades to cover the same information, as well as giving an objective grading structure for a Bible grade.  Included in the Bible program are memory verses that are recited to the class.  Many of these verses are used in our Open House or Awards Night programs.
