Our Uniqueness

Grace Christian School provides an alternative to the conventional classroom  experience.  We facilitate a one-room schoolhouse style classroom where multiple grades of students meet in a single room. 

This family friendly environment provides a number of opportunities for elementary-aged children.  We have observed that older children are more apt to nurture younger ones in this setting.  At break times, children of all ages play together.  Students also learn to study independently in this setting while their teacher works with the different grades.

We maintain very small class sizes, which enables our teacher to provide a considerable amount of individual instruction.  This allows interpersonal connections with students, learning each one's temperament, strengths, and weaknesses.  Knowing these things about a student helps our teacher determine how best to motivate, encourage, and discipline each unique individual.
